Pandora Bay Plaza Bronx Location: There was poor selection/availability in the store. I was forced to get something else than what I originally came for. Some merchandise had wrong signages on them and I was told "Oops". Some merchandise were in the wrong location or could not be found. The associates took too long. Between the associates chit chatting, running back and forth to find things, and repeatedly making mistakes to get my bracelet right, I was in the store for over an hour. I paid nearly $2,400 and this was my first purchase and first time in Pandora. I should've received a discount. I only went thru with the purchase to replace a bracelet that got damaged and was given to me by someone important to me who died with sentimental value. I was also give a scratched up 14K gold charm and was explained after purchase that it was final and could not be returned. I couldn't believe it.

I purchased over 2000.00 dollars in merchandise throughout last year I came in for a cleaning and a few stones fell out of my bracelet . Initially when I first purchased the merchandise I was told it was a lifetime deal with replacement and cleaning. I get into the store and the manager at Bay plaza gave me such a hard time even insinuating that I was untruthful. After she pulled up my list of items I had purchased she then tells me there is no way she can help me because there is no lifetime warranty. I very sad and dissatisfied she also tells me that my rose gold jewelry only has a year warranty and because i purchased my items in May of 2018 I don’t qualify for anything. I told her I was very inplease with her attitude and the overall way she dealt with me I also was with my partner who she made feel very uncomfortable. I asked to speak with someone else and she went in the back with the sales woman and said give me 3 minutes and came back with cleaning solution and my replacement piece . My partner and I were very hurt and embarrassed with the way we were treated . I’m sad this is who I spent so much with.

La empleada era no carismática y con deseo de ayudar incluso cuando termine el pago no fue cordial ni incitó a comprar más, y se fue rápido tenía. Mucha prisa,yo quería comprar anillos y ella ni me los enseño,servicio malisimo,tengo 3 pandoras,llenas pero queria más,

i went with my pandora that was a Christmas gift and it broke, they couldn’t do anything i have to buy another one, what about the warranty?????

The associate didn't appear to be interested in giving me the best value and experience during my visit.She cleaned my jewelry sub par .I would have had a better overall experience if she smiled more.

My biggest issue was that the sales lady did not even thank me as I was leaving at this Bronx, New York location. I know It's New York and it has that fame of rude people, but people in sales should demonstrate good manners.

Overall,mthe sales person was friendly. But I felt rushed. Also, I got charms that had a stain that didn't come off, when I asked if they had more, they all had a stain. If I'm getting something new, I want something without issues.

They need to be nice to people who have no idea what they are buying and take the time to explain especially when your buying a gift for someone else .
