I went in to make an exchange on an online purchase. Promotion was for a free bangle bracelet with the purchase of $150. Unfortunately The bangle was too small and that was the largest size. I guess Pandora only caters to small hand people because I couldn’t exchange it.

I went to the store for the first time to get a bracelet and start my pandora experience I was not quite satisfied so I went back after leaving and when I got back I had gotten a lot of attitude which was what I expected I didn’t get a refund email instead I got a thank u for your purchase one instead so I’ll have to wait for Monday to speak to customer service

The sale associate inform me of false information in regards to one of the charms I purchased. I asked if it was a clip and she stated yes. Unfortunately once I got home I than realize it was just another charm. Since it was a gift I couldn’t return. Also I asked for my daughters bracelet to be cleaned and again she seem to have been in a rush all she did was place the bracelet in the bowl of liquid and turned the bracelet about 3 times. Than dried it with a napkin. She did not clean it with a brush at all compare to the last store where they actually took their time and use clean liquid along with a brush.

The store was crowded a lot of workers were talking loudly in groups the garbage was over flowing on the floor … the free bangle was out of stock so I had to receive one I already have ! some of the workers were looking like they wanted to help I hate this pandora site at the bay plaza mall

Limited on what I was showed. Sales associate seems not that interested. Would like to purchase more but I was discourage by the sale associate behavior

I believe the sale associate left behind one of my charm clips when she took them off my daughter bracelet to fix it for her new charms. It was a busy Black Friday 😓

Unfortunately I was not able to get the ring I initially asked for because the manager assistant said that they were doing inventory and had already counted how many items of it they had and couldn't sell one to me. So I had to choose a different ring and it seemed like she had an attitude throughout the whole time she was helping me out.

The sale girl was horrible she was acting as if she didn’t want to help me than and once I purchased my charms I had to ask her for a box and bag to put them in no thank you for shopping with us nothing

I went to Bay plaza mall, I waited in line for about twenty minutes, there were three sales people in the store.  I wanted to purchase the snake necklace, heart charm holder and maybe something else. I went to look at some of the display cases while I was waiting. The sales girl told me that I was not allowed to look around the store. The sales girl did bring out the snake and another necklace I asked for. The heart charm holder was not available for purchase. The sales girl didn't know when or if it would be available.  I asked to see some rose gold rings. I asked her to switch trays around in the display case so  that I would be able to see the rings, she said she could not do that. I was hoping for a pleasant shopping experience. The poor customer service has considering returning the necklace that I really wanted and did purchase. Swarovski's store is a few doors down, they have  wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and  knowledgeable sales people that will give you options and make sure their customers are happy. I wish this would have been my experience on May 31,2021 at Pandora.

Se llevó a la tienda una pulsera que no se el broche de serar estaba mala bien les le explicó y ella decía que estaba bien cuando uno caminaba se abría no me lo cambió a los tres día se me perdió siento que la calidad de los artículos a cambiado yo soy cliente desde que salió a la venta y la calidad es pésima el servicio al cliente pero se que este comentarios no van a servir por que no van hacer nada como siempre gracias
