The associate was very mean, she said that we did not have no bags and I see the bags behind her . OK you know what I have a bag when I told her to add the charm in my bracelet she was very rude She throw the charm inside the bag

1st of all we have to wait a very long time outside before we even get in and then once we and we can even look for what we want to watch the purpose of going to the store for and then they only allow you to stay one spot so you have to just choose basically whatever am given , meanwhile we are paying a lot for merchandise

I got a ring from there a little bit over 2 years ago and some of the stones fell off. When I took it to pandora the sales associate said she couldn’t do anything about it because it was over a year. What am I supposed to do with a ring was paid for that’s messed up and can’t get a new one.

Rude employees. Staff did not treat all customers in the same manner. Staff checking me out however, was very pleasant.

I was not satisfied if this location. You had to wait on a line to be called into the store. Some of the associates, were busy prancing around and looking at the line with no response of we will be with you.

They didn't have a lot of things in stock if you know a big holiday is coming up you should over stock even more on Mother's Day

I told the rep what i was specifically buying the gift for. And I felt that she didn't understand what I wanted, instead was showing me expensive pieces that did not relate well to what I wanted to the gift for. Eventually, I had to look around my self and I found exactly the theme I came Into the store for. I almost left without buying anything. I don't know if the reps and told to not mention items on sale because that's the way I perceived it.

The rep that I dealt with was ok. Nothing spectacular but ok. There was another associate or supervisor who assisted at the end who rubbed me the wrong way. She looked stern as if she should be in the military. When my rep was finished with me and my receipt was ready, the other associate/supervisor just handed it to me without saying thank you or any other pleasantries for that matter. That's not good service

The salesperson was very knowledgeable however I felt rushed out and though I was indecisive about what I wanted to purchase, the salesperson kept recommending me items based on her taste. The store was crowded so I understood why the rush but I’ve had better customer service in the past without feeling rushed.
