On this pandora location there were only 3 employees working at the time. One employee spent 45 min with one customer just talking about there personal life after the purchase was made.

I was not able to look on the merchandise and choose what I wanted..I had to explain an idea of what I was looking for the the associate and then he would take them from underneath 1 by 1. That was very frustrating for me. I wanted to look and choose what I liked. I know it was never like that and some changes was made but I really hope Pandora will be able to come up with another way of showcasing the merchandise.

There were four associates but only two were helping customers. The wait to be serviced was very long. Even at the beginning of the week it was busy so more staff should have been handy like the weekend.

The location of the Pandora store is not the best. The customer service was no good at all. The wait time no greeting from anyone.

Went to exchange a ring for my daughter I bought forChristmas. I showed the sales associatemy online receipt and she said it'smore than 30 days so we don't usually return/exchange. I had to ask for the manager but then I looked on the receipt and it said January 26,2021 for returns and exchanges. Mgr claims there receipts didn't reflect that. Aren't all pandora 's following the same policy?

It was a long wait to get in but I understand because pandora was having a sale. However I called in advance to ask for a particular item and was told it was available in the store for me to pick up but by the time I got there I was told associates had already changed shifts and the item I called for was no longer available. So I opted to buy other items. However when I got home I realized that one of them items had a stone missing. When I called the store back they informed me they had no more in stock and it appeared as if they knew the item I purchased was defected and still sold it to me. Now I have to wait to see if comes back in stock or go elsewhere to another borough to exchange.

Took an hour and a half to get in. Only two employees working. Third might help then disappeared fourth walked around. 10 people on like shouldn’t take so long. Was told they can’t order what’s not in the store. Go home and order it on my own and she showed it was available online. But she can’t order it.

The sales guy he was a very cold person when I asked him questions he would ignore me n was rushing me out.
