Although it was Christmas Eve I felt like the associate wasn’t listening to what I wanted when describing the items. She didn’t make suggestions at all it was like she didn’t want to help.

Employee didn’t say more than 4 words to us during the entire visit. She’s cool tho, no shade. Everyone was in a rush which i understand bc it was busy but you feel pressured to hurry up on your purchase and leave

She gave me the wrong price on a itemI purchase was ready to Over price me said they didn’t update the new price for the item I checked online n asked another employee if prices online were the same as on store she said YES! Seems as i knew abt the price of the item then she as an employee did !

My mother had purchased a bracelet for my daughter and used pandora credit card which is completely paid off and receipt of any items she bought was under her name and number look up therefore the bracelet that was purchased she stated couldn’t be exchanged for another one, she then went to manager then resolved it. I also asked associate if a charm could be replaced because it was broken and she told me no because they no longer made it. This is extremely the worst experience and will no longer purchase pandora anymore.

Select charms 50%. However associate never mentioned the pricing in the showcase was with the 50% which is misleading to the customer. The customer is thinking the price in the showcase us original pricing not at the 50%. This should be explained to customers or have a more clearer sale signage in showcase indicating pricing to avoid confusion to customer.
