The reason I was dissatisfied was because I was online for an hour and a half when I got inside to pay for my merchandise there was a problem with Apple Pay and I couldn’t get the merchandise

I spent $500 on merchandise that broke the very 1st day I use it( lucky for you the store in NY made the exchange inmadiately otherwise I would have return everything I bought back to the store. The fact that something breaks on the very 1st day that you use it speaks of very low quality. The store in San Juan has a leak on the roof that was reported, nothing was getting fix & kept dripping on the customers. Lucky for your company the service was very good and the employees were very accommodating otherwise I would have walk right out.

I went to exchange something and the associate told me to keep the broken product. Then when im in class later, i get a call stating i should bring it back…

Because there was three worker and they all cleaned up and disappeared. I was waiting on the line to wait my turn but no one say “she will be right with you” just to acknowledge that I was there. They were not professional at all.
