I was not highly satisfied because there was a long waiting line out side the store. Did not like the fact that had to wait in line in order to enter store.

There is too long of a wait for seeing an associate. Also, there was an error with the bag in which my bracelet was placed in and I had yo comeback for a price adjustment. The manager had an attitude and she failed to assist her employer appropriately.

Merchandise availability wasnt what i expected. This store doesnt have some items i was looking for.

Store did not have the free bangle in my size. Sales associate appeared unsympathetic with my unhappiness

I like the experience

I had to approach an employee for help. They all saw me walking around and no one asked if i needed anything. No greeting when i arrived dispite the store being really empty.

The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable however she told me I had to buy the 2 clips and safety chain. She said the bracelet will stretch if I don't get the clips. I felt pressured and wound up spending much more that I wanted to. Why do you sell a bracelet that requires you to buy the clips? There are many other bracelet on the market that don't require you to buy extra items so that the bracelet doesn't become defective.

At times a bit too expensive. No numerical number for birthdays or anniversary .

There was a long wait line. What we were looking for was not available.
