The experience was good. The store wasn’t full and it took a bit to get service. Service was good I knew what I wanted and was able to exit quickly.

They were out of stock/size on pieces that i wanted.

Only problem I had was I was standing in line outside the store and no one acknowledge us. One sales girl was standing there looking at and didn't say anything we noticed she didn't bother helping us because she was waiting a few minutes so it would be her time to go to lunch. Not cool

I didn't like the wait time over 20mins. I didn't like that my sales person didn't know may prices. I don't really like the etiquette of this store compared to other Pandoras.

It was extremely crowded I actually stood on a line for 20 mins or more........

The sales associate won’t show you certain merchandise unless asked.. I feel like I’m losing out on making another choice.. it’s like I have to buy from what the choose to show.. or they just begin lazy

Long wait...should add more staff during the holidays

It was tocrowd and you couldn’t really see what you really wanted to!! And I was buying the charms as a gift to someone

hi there i wasnt satisfied with having to wait on line for over a hour when i knew exactly what i wanted. During the holidays there should be a separate line for people who know what charm they want. thanks
