It was a rush, rush it was like if you need something else after to get your first selection was a problem. Also, toke my pandora to be clean and it was not even take a part for cleaning was just deep in and taken out. ....

When I got the text message that the associate was ready for me I had to wait another ten minutes because no one was available. When I checked out the lady that took care of me was not friendly at all.

I had to wait as always. They did not have everything I was looking for. I was handed off to another sales rep due to sales rep having to leave Non emergency break or lunch.

I had to wait in line for a sales associate for over 30mins...If it wasnt for my daughter wanting some charms I would have left and never purchased anything...I think you should consider hiring more staff so people are not waiting long and the risk you take of people leaving the store before even entering the store.

When walking in the bay plaza store I seen several associates not assisting anyone on the floor. I waited 10-15 minutes until someone came to assist me. Unacceptable
