la fila muy larga tuve que esperar una hora en la fila me queda muy lejos de mi casa

The wait time was too long.

At one point the manager Natasha was with us when the sales associate was helping us. There was no problem, but she can be a bit more friendlier and both associate and manager on duty need to be clear about the details and rules of the offer being shown in the store. I didn’t know when you “upgrade “ a bracelet you couldn’t get another with every $100 you spend.

I felt i was overall satisfied. i don't feel like they met "highly satisfied" standards.

Long wait time to be helped.

There is a line to wait to be able to be serviced at this location which is super annoying.

I travel a lot to different malls. So i would stop in to different locations but bay plaza is my primary store so i will always shop thete

I’ve been to this location and was made to feel very welcome by the sales associate and went out their way to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Although I was helped I felt rushed.
