Pandora Jewelry

The store needed for sales people on Black Friday. Normally the store has twice as many sales people on the floor. The outside and check out wait time would have been much less. Other than that, my sales person was lovely.

It is my first time in a pandora store. The service was good i was just in and out. So maybe next time ill have a netter experience.

Purchased 4 items on 10/20. Birthday Wishes charm, Reflexions Bracelet, Reflexions Dangling heart Clip charm and Reflexions Crown Clip charm. Wore the Crown charm on bracelet Saturday, no problem!! Wore the Crown charm on bracelet Sunday and it had disappeared, gone, kaput when I got home. No Crown on the bracelet. Horrified!! After paying over $300.00 that charm should not have just left the bracelet, should it have??????

I love the store and the things they sell. Very happy customer.

Well I was hoping on getting my wife the free jewlery box so that she can put all her Pandora jewlery in it but the girl said that she was out . I FIND MOST OF THE PANDORA JEWELRY TO BE EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANKLE BRACELETS MADE FROM PANDORA AS WELL. I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT SPARKLING PANDORA FLOATING HEART LOCKET RING AND I PAID 100.00 DOLLARS. I FIND THIS RING IS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR IT CAN ONLY HOLD 2 PETITE CHARMS ONLY :( I WANTED IT TO BE ABLE TO HOLD AT LEAST 4 PETITE CHARMS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. PUT I DO LOVE THE RING IT'S BECAUSE I LOVE IT SO MUCH THIS IS WHY I DON'T RETURN IT BACK TO THE PANDORA STORE HERE IN THE BRONX WHERE I BOUGHT IT.

I presented a 10.00 off my $100.00 purchase coupon and when I got home I notice the coupon was entered but no value was taken off it waa 0.00 instead on $10.00

I was satisfied with the experience but when I got home I realized that a stone was missing from the charm I purchased. I will be retuning it to the store today. Everything else about my experience at this location was great.
