I was returning a bracelet that the latch broke. When I first explained what brought me in the store, I was told there was nothing that I could do about the bracelet. I questioned it and ask was there other options like if it could even be prepared. Long story short, they exchanged it for a new bracelet. I was satisfied with that although at first it seemed as if I was going to just leave out with a broken bracelet, That’s why I wasn’t highly satisfied.

I had to stand out side to wait for the next sales person. The store that I originally purchased what I had retuned was more convenient.I put my name in there computer system continue shopping and receive a text message when they were ready for me. However they did not have any of the items I wanted. So I brought something I did not want and retuned it to another store that had what I really wanted.

It was my first experience I didn’t know you had to make lines to go in although it moved pretty fast.

Because I purchased a charm (baby pacifier it lost the top part and Pandora did not replace it for me) I felt after spending almost $1,000 I should have giving a replacement piece.

When I walked into the store and began looking around for a bangle I wanted, no one acknowledged me. Sales Associate Kryssel returned to the selling floor from the back of the store and immediately offered her help.

Could not get my daughters as well as my bracelet cleaned. Machine said to be out of order. There were only 5 customers in the store and we had to wait in line outside for 22 minutes prior.

The store did not have enough staff. I had to wait a while. No one walked over and greet me to acknowledge I was there and they were aware of me waiting.
