I love my bracelet & charm🥰

The sales lady was recommending necklace not to my liking and now i might return the one i bought.

My only issue is the wait that I experienced for the visit. First you have to wait on a line outside of the store for an associate to be available for you to speak with and choose item. Then after you select item the associate takes down your information and you have to walk to other part of store to wait on another line to pay. I spent more time waiting on line than anything else for 3 charms. First time I came to store I left because I had things to do and waited too long. The next time i decided to wait it out but too tedious and unless i have absolutely nothing to do will not do it again

No I was Highly Satisfied with Pandora I was able to get what my Wife wanted for Valentine's Day a early preparation for me. One request I have. Pandora needs to start making Charlie Brown character Charms. My wife is harping on them she's a big fan of Charlie Brown.

They didn't had one of the charms that I really wanted. They couldn't tell me specifically when will they have it available again.

Because what I really wanted was not there .

The charm I wanted to purchase along with my reflections bracelet was not in stock.

I was satisfied with the serves.but sad cause they didn't had what i wanted.

Some of its charms are bit crazy but then that it's okay
