Pandora Jewelry

I wasn't highly satisfied because the sales clerk didn't seem to be to helpful. My first time getting a bracelet and she didn't explain that I need a bracelet size, and the process of getting a Pandora bracelet. Then again after I chose the bracelet, she want to add all these add on.

The sales person was accusing me of breaking the merchandise and as me an adult to felt insulted

I could find what I was looking for in specific

A few of the charms I was looking to purchase were not available.

That Pandora location is very clean some of the girls were very nice but what seem to look like the manager was really nasty when i asked for help she rushed me to wait in a section when there were clearly associates walking around helping other people. I was going to buy she made me feel as if i was just window shopping. Not going back to that location at Bay Plaza in the Bronx

No reason at all. I buy things from them all the time and I am always satisfied

People I know will ask me where did I get my Pandora and I will tell them how I like what I got and where I purchase the item I am wearing. I love the jewelry and I have not had any issues with anything I have brought. Like that the merchandise is available and the salesperson are always helpful.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the selection of gold tone charms were not as large as I would of liked.

Was only there to purchase one item for my wifes 5th bracelet. I buy all of her Pandora bracelets and charms. So I really didnt need help deciding what I want..I use the website or the book for that
