The long wait time. While you are waiting it would be help if you could look at a brouchure. The sells associates that are not busy but walking around the store should help the customers or their colleagues who are not as experienced.

The main reasons why I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is because many of the charms that I thought I would find are no longer being sold. I was looking for specific charms for my granddaughter, only to be told that they are no longer being sold. For example; sports, gymnastics, softball, cheerleader, and dance. In addition, I asked for a charm that said "Big Sister" since my granddaughter is a new big sister. This is the third time that I inquired about theses specific charms, to finally be told that they have all been discontinued. I'm sure that I am not the only person that my feel that the charms in questions are usually represent a special and specific time in a persons life, and what better way to represent it than on a charm bracelet. If there is any way that theses charms can be added back to your collection it would be a great move, and I'm sure it will make my next visit to Pandora "Highly Satisfied".

The wait was too long and I had asked for a book to preview while waiting but was told no longer existed. It would have made it easier to get in and get out quickly.

It took a bit for someone to ask if I needed help. I was not approached until I had almost looked thru the whole store. It's true folks dont like to be followed or hounded but if you see me scouting the whole place that should be a cue that help is needed.

The way to acces for assistance, a line in the middle of barriers its not nice. Maybe taking tickets with numbers ia a better way not in a line.

It seemed that the clerk didn't want to deal with me until she realize i was spending more money than the 65. Dollars for the dombo i spent once she saw that i was buying more stuff then she was more helpful.
