La señorita que nos atendió creo estaba muy cansada, o quiesas no tan amable.

A lot of the items were out of stock. I was looking for one specific charm and luckily that one was in stock. Overall it was a great shopping experience, already looking forward to going back once they restock.

There was a sale on certain charms there were never available, then the line was so long with only 2 sales woman on the floor working very hard. When we asked if they could call for backup we were told there's on;y 2 of us available, I saw several people in the back room y couldn't the assist.

The wait times to get assistance were pretty long, longer than I would’ve preferred. Other than that, the assistance and service was great.

Granted it was the day after Christmas nut the line was long to enter the store. I also felt that the associates could have shown a greater sense of urgency.

Associate at register were chatting with store leader, and was not listening I said both people t and email receipt, she asked me again you said print right and followed by I’ll just do both !

The wait it’s way too long and I’ve had to wait. That has got to be fixed.

I had to wait outside for a few minutes to get help.

Their was not a big selection for the color pave charms. Only for clips.
