Was not highly satisfied because the store did not have the products I was looking for. I then had to ask for the card that allows for the extended sale. Only was aware of it from another customer I struck a conversation up with while waiting. Spent close to $400. The representative should've offered this additional savings rather than me asking for it.

I was not satisfied with the return/exchange policy. I have a gift that was broken and was told that nothing could be done. So I have a broken very expensive bracelet that I could do absolutely nothing with.

On Monday November 23rd, I visited the Bay Plaza location to purchase a new bracelet. I asked the Sales Associate about an email I received about Black Friday offers. She said the last offer was Friday November 20th. I reread the email and saw it started again on November 24th. I was going to wait to purchase my items but she insisted the sale was only valid online. Today, I check my email and the sale does start today in store and online. I understand stores need sales but I would've much preferred to wait to use the Black Friday offer.
