The sale associate was very attentive and well aware of the products

I understand the issue with social distancing but the lines seem to be much longer along with wait times juts to get into the store. 25% of the time folks walk out without buying anything and I wonder if there is a way to identify window shoppers from those who are there to directly by something.

For working thier I feel like you should know what’s what. Have the scanning book on hand . Also have the customer know where they will be going next

Didn’t have some items but customer service was good.

It's not that I wasn't highly satisfied It's that it was my first visit and I like to wait and pray that nothing goes wrong with my product

The wait is a-bit excessive in comparison to other Pandora’s stores I’ve been to

I'm just a beginner in purchasing in pandora. Hopefully in the near future things can be better. But I understand due to the covid is hard to walk around the store. Other than that I love my gifts.
