Service was amazing... however I didn't get my issue resolved instead I had to go ahead a make a purchase that I had no intention of doing... that's why you place insurance on these items so you don't have to keep spending. However it was not the sales person fault nor responsibility she's just doing her job and following protocol which is totally understandable. She was very kind and professional.

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for.selection was limited. I wanted a birth stone charm they didn't have it.

After expending more than 300 dollars, I think that is beautiful but too expensive. The quality is ok, the closing of my bracelet is not closing properly. I was suppose to think more before expending all that money. I want to gift something to myself, and the heart is not closing properly.

I already knew what I wanted. And while they had the item and the sales associate was friendly I don’t think this should be a highly satisfied.

Although the store at Bay Plaza Mall was large and empty of customers besides me and my granddaughter. I didn't that friendly welcome I expected. The sales associate seemed like she was on Autopilot. I knew what I was there for,bit the whole transaction seemed rushed and clinical.

Only satisfied .. because highly satisfied is very hight for the store .. thank..

It's always too crowded.

The representative showed me options that I was looking for, for a 17yr old niece and I ended up purchasing for my daughter as well.

Bueno en realidad la calidad y la atención de la vendedora excelente lo más odioso es la espera en la fila fue mucho tiempo y no había tantas personas hay que disponer de mucho tiempo a la hora de visitar la tienda me gusta comprar en tienda personalmente pero creo que lo haré quizás online.gracias Pandora.
