You don’t have the mercancy I was searching but your employee sell another item trying to give us something that complement our requirements and make our experience better

My sales rep was so nice! But she was not too knowledgeable about the charms I wanted and didn't offer to get help,which was okay ...I had other charms to select from. I also selected a rose gold bangle but she couldn't find it on a size 20 she said. So I opted for a bracelet even though it could have been ordered. And it wasn't until I left that I realized my charms were put back into my bracelet in no order at all,so front facing so backwards.she also didn't give me the opener I asked for. But I didn't go back. She was nice after all. I didn't want to seem like a problem customer.thank you.

The line was too long and I get it it’s the holiday season. Hire more employees. I’d like to be in and out of the store

When I got to the store had to make a line and waited for about an hour and they didn’t have a lot of people to take care of you so of course that makes the time longer. However when it was my turn my sales associate Jackie was very helpful in getting me what I wanted to purchase and was very friendly this was in pandora in bay plaza mall

It’s better to see it in person than online.
