They had most of the charms I was looking for. I didn’t have to wait on a long line. Most of the sales representative are friendly in rhe BayPlaza Mall.

Had to visit store to exchange items, wait time was very long to get into the store. Sales rep seemed slightly annoyed assisting us.

Well they didn’t have nice charms for the theme I was looking. Which was mother daughter / special daughter charm. The once’s that were available were ugly/ simple. There also was no charm book available.

Merchandise l like the most were nit available.

I was unhappy that the store did not have my product and I had to go to three stores and two boros before I found a store that carried what I needed. While I love the product I was unhappy with the stores inventory

Sometimes it can get difficult when employees have their nails too long, they can't put on a bracelet.

Very limited inventory.

I loved everything except the need to move around the store for the different situation that I needed. For instance to purchase my new bracelet, to get old bracelet cleaned, and to buy new charm/lock all in different stations
