I was highly satisfied Don't know why I got this question

The service was great but I went when it was almost closing time and was a little in a rush

It was a good experience and everyone was every helpful

I was satisfied due to the salesperson Karen, she was great need more like her. My experiences always have not been well, all stuck up or rude, she is the first I have meant that has been kind, honest, sweet and friendly. 5 stars to Karen.

The employees Kimberly was amazing, she was able to help me with my request and much more. She is a great sales person. My husband and I was really pleased with her knowledge.

Offer to view items instead of asking if I knew what I wanted, show merchandise

There was waiting period an the associate that was supposed to monitor this to maintain order was not paying attention so a customer that arrived after me was seen before me, when I brought it to her attention she seemed disinterested and annoyed that I mentioned it.

Associate is very knowledge ble.

The prices are overwhelming. It is hard to purchase 3 charms when 1 is over $70 plus tax. I am looking at the amount I spend for a small quantity.
