I was not highly satisfied, tho the sales person was not rude, she was very hesitant with showing me items, and explaining as though I was merely window shopping. When in return I purchased three of the same items for me and my two granddaughters in honor of their mother, my deceased daughter.

I wasn't greeted upon entering the store. I stood around with my son for quite a few minutes with sales associates just walking by. I had to ask someone to help me that was helping someone who came in the store after me.

The line was extremely long and the hostess took over 45mins with one person. I know it was Christmas but there was no need to take that long

Pandora stores seem to always be heavily understaffed. Lines are always super long and the wait is almost always more than an hour. Seasonal staff need to be hired so there is more assistance during the holidays since they anticipate the influx of customers.
