I was highly satisfied because of the Customer Service and the knowledge of the employees.

This was the first visit for me and my daughter Ashley as she always wanted her first piece to be a Mom & Daughter experience. KIMBERLY our sale Rep was detailed; extremely knowledgeable with the information on the 12 items/pieces we purchase. She made us feel confident with our choices which will encourage us to return sooner than later. My daughter is elated with her bracelet and its 6 charms she cannot wait to add more charms. I love my Silver necklace and birthstone pendant, which I have received many compliments daily. Looking forward to future visits....cannot Wait!!!

The visit was excellent. There was a wide variety of selections that were offered and I enjoyed the stay immensly. I would recommend a woman by the name of Stephanie. She was great.

I have purchased from here at least 3 times before. On each occasion, the sales representatives were very nice, patient and helpful. The store is always clean, well lit, in a great location and it's inventory is up kept.

I WENT TO THE PANDORA STORE BECAUSE I SAW A SET THAT I LOVED ONLINE AND IN THE STORE THE EARRINGS AND NECKLACE WAS SOLD SEPARATE THAT ALONE BROKE MY HEART. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD IN FINDING IT IN THE STORE THE SAME PRICE AS IT WAS ONLINE AND IT WAS MORE MONEY :( IN THE PANDORA STORE. THAT WAS WHAT I REALLY WANTED TO GET FOR MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS IN MARCH. BUT I DID BUY A SET OF THE FLOATING HEART NECKLACE WHICH COMES WITH THE EARRINGS AND 2 PETITE CHARMS I FOUND IT TO BE A GOOD DEAL. BUT I REALLY WANTED THE FIRST SET I SAW ONLINE. I HAD MY HEART SET ON THE PANDORA CLASSIC ELEGANT JEWELRY GIFT SET WHICH ONLINE WAS $149.00 AND IN THE STORE WAS $179.00 I BELIEVE IT WAS BUT IT WAS MORE IN THE STORE THAT'S FOR SURE :( THAT TO ME WAS UPSETTING AND FRUSTRATING TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE STORE WHAT I SAW ONLINE.
