I happened to be highly satisfied simply because I've never been in a Pandora store, all my items were gifts. And for this to be my first experience I was very pleased, with the service, courtesy that I received along with how attentive the staff was. I must admit sometimes I lose my patience with places like this type store. Thank you I really appreciate this.

I got the best attention ever. I was able to take my time to look around to look at the book with no rush. I had my son with me & he was being greeted that was awesome!

The sales person was very helpful pleasant and knew the product very well. Her recommendations were perfect and she was very patient with me.

The Assistant manager Natalia was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She went above and beyond including cleaning my bracelets. Will definitely be back.

Chelsea was a great help. She helped me make an gameplan for my bracelet and incorporated so nice statement pieces so it can balance. The line was long but it was sooo worth the wait.

Went in for the 45% off sale. Staff had highlighted in book which items were on sale. This made it easy to browse and pick items that I wanted.

Respectable kind service

This is my 3rd visit to this location first person who helped wasn’t that nice was really moody. The second time I went back the sell associate that helped me is Chelsea, she was really nice and really helpful and very friendly. And I went back again and she helped find what I was looking for. Chealsea is really a great person and a great employee, I was really happy with my second 2 purchases with her.

Yal work really fast, the prices are really good, n the employee did a good job by helping getting a piece to add on the bracelet so we won’t lose it.
