I love how much quality you get for the price. The details are intricate and has a lot of varieties that will suit each and everyones personality. And best part is, I love Pandora when they provide promotions that make me come back for more.

I was looking for something very specific and the associate was very helpful in giving me the Pandora book to locate the specific item. I was very pleased with the associate who helped me. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. I had to wait on a line to reach the associate, but once I was serviced by her the experience was pleasant and wentquickly. I was highly satisfied with the service I received.

Rosa & Cynthia were very knowledge , kind & friendly . Both ladies provided great customer service to me shopping for my birthday. Rosa did not rush me she was very attentive & helpful to me when picking charms for my new necklace & earrings

Thankfully I was able to go purchase during the "purchase something for 100 and get one item free" time and bought my favorite 100 dollar ring and received my other favorite free! The sales associate helping me named Sara was super kind and helped me find my perfect size.

I kept changing my mind, and she was so patient with my indecisiveness (removing, replacing and rearranging charms a countless number of times to get it just to my liking).
