I went to the Pandora location in the Bronx (Bay Plaza Mall). I didn't understand the reason for the customers to be waiting in a line outside the door. When I went inside and asked the sales person, she said it was so that they can keep a eye on whose the next customer. I was surprised because I've been to other Pandora stores and they never have you wait on a line, you just go in the store. If this is the case, they should hire more STAFF JUST TO BE ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS COMING IN.

My visits are always fun with finding what charms are perfect for me. The selection and displays are beautiful and extensive. And most of all the employees are always helpful with every aspect of my visit.
