My girlfriend and I walked right in and were helped right away. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and the associate was knowledgeable of the product and therefore guided us directly to the merchandise. Everything went smoothly with no complaints.

The wait was short. The employee was patient and very helpful.

Natalia the sales associate made my shopping experience delightful. So much so that I even opened a line of credit. She was patient, informative and really went above and beyond to help me create the perfect bracelet for myself and for the person I was gifting. She made the dreadful line worth it!
