I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness and welcoming of all employees. The warm smiles and polite assistance offered upon entering puts me at ease. And their eagerness to assist goes above and beyond what I feel is expected of them, especially when they share friendly banter and humor.

Sales person was knowledgeable, nice, listened, asked question and waited without interruption until I finished what I was saying. Very easy and quick.

All the charms I was looking for was available so I was able to go in and out quickly with all my lovely charms.

During my visit I was shown several selection that were appropriate for my daughters gift. The attention that was given to me made me want to return. The look of the store was also sleek and clean.

I’m a frequent shopper in this location and every time I visit this location the sales associate and the managers are always very pleasant. The line is my biggest complain but it’s the location so we can’t change that.
