Pro's: My experience every time I go to Pandora in the Baychester Mall is always delightful and pleasant. The sale associate Chelsea always give me good advise on the pieces that I select for my charm bracelet. Chelsea really know a whole lot about Pandora and she is so helpful on helping me fi d what I'm looking for on my visits. The store manager Betsy is also pleasant and is always there to help her team. I'm a manager and I love how there is so much Team Work within the store. This particular store is AMAZING. Con's There were some charms that I wanted from the book in the store and I was unable to purchase the ones that I really adored and really wanted. The books in the store was the out dated for the fall season. Other then the charms not being available and having the fall edition of all order charms Chelsa was able to provide with other selection so that I'm not unsatisfied on my visit. Thank you all for being nice and pleasant!!!
