The sales associates are very polite, they make sure I am happy and they also recommend what is needed and help to arrange my charms when I have no idea how I want them to look and they always do a beautiful job 👍👍.

The sales associate was very kind and had a jolly spirit which is what all us need during this difficult time dealing with COVID-19. She suggested I purchase a chain piece and a lock type thingy for my bracelet to prevent the bracelet from falling off of my wrist if I fail to properly lock it. This was my very first visit to a Pandora store and it was a wonderful experience. I will be returning to purchase more charms for my bracelet.
