Ive been to this store on more then one occasion and I was never disappointed when I left the store the customer service is great they are professional and speak with manners I’m definitely going back there

I went on Valentine's Day weekend so it was a lot of people but the line move pretty quickly. I even was able to exchange my bracelet for a longer one and buy a new one with charm and clips within 20 minutes in the store. Thanks

I got the necklace i wanted but the heart charm i only wish there were more heart locket charms Smith more messages like mom or my first love more fun messages but overrall the experience was as always great!

The sales associate always welcomes me with great positivity and is always polite.
