Any provided exceptional customer service. She engaged in conversation with me before even speaking about my reason for being there. She is certainly an asset to the company. I also discussed this with the district manager who happened to be there.

I had an amazing transaction with Yahiva. She was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and efficient. She explained offers sales added on product that i didn’t expect to but “smile”. That’s great service… i attributed the service to one of the managers Kristina who was on the floor along with the sales lead i believe Lena … all consumers associates were highly engaged with their clients … i will be back to visit thank you Yahiva (yaya) and team. Being that i have worked in retail for 19 years as a service leader, this is what service looks like … kudos Pandora !!!
