It’s been my experience with pandora stores everywhere that purchases are welcome and returns and exchanges are problematic. Instead of making people feel bad about returning or exchanging be more welcoming and helpful. Any and every time I’ve had to exchange a product there’s always a slow response and hesitation from the sales rep. Then there’s a long drawn out wait in the middle of the store while they go talk to a manager. Then the manager comes over and explains they either can’t do anything or they reluctantly will help. It’s a shame that the only time I feel valued at pandora stores is when I’m making a purchase. Not to mention the young woman helping me was very reluctant to show me items on sale or honor my price adjustment as I has bought a bracelet that went on sale just after Christmas. I’m talking about the bay plaza location in the Bronx, New York. Never spending another dime at pandora.

My first visit to Bayplaza with my young daughters was terrible. The manager and sales rep portrayed a street image and their language was inappropriate in front of children.They were pushy and forceful. I ask your staff be more sensitive for my daughter is autistic. I never got a response from prior email.

I arrived and made the line at 11:28 AM and I didn’t get to the inside of the store until 12:31 PM! Line was at a standstill for about the first 45 minutes. I mentioned to the sales girl that was walking by the line that I had to go pick up my daughter from school at 1, how long would I be waiting (this was at 11:57am) she told me maybe another 15 minutes. And that was a whole lie! Pandora was not the only place I had to shop for in the mall. I had other things to do and I wasn’t able to because as soon as I came out I had to go. This is completely unacceptable. I knew exactly what I was getting and not browsing like many and I had to waste all that time. Will not be returning at all!

The bay plaza Pandora’s manager has a disgusting attitude and has the worst customer service. Just straight up rude and the associate helping us had no knowledge of product and/or product availability. Also told me to apply for a credit card after explaining to her that my credit was bad and I didn’t want a hard inquiry and she replied “it’ll only go down two points”. Just highly dissatisfied, would definitely not recommend this location.

The salesperson Courtney I 182574 was extremely rude throughout the whole sales experience even when I asked her if she was available there was an attitude. She kept leaving my wife while she was looking through the book to try to talk to other clients. She also kept explaining that the items we selected were final sale as if I was planning to return them which I felt very affected by. I will never return to that location ever again.

We waited for about 30-45 mins before being assisted (which is totally fine being that we expected to wait a while). Once we were assisted by the sales associate (I think her name is Courtney), it was such a negative experiences. We weren’t greeted by her, she just opened up the current promotions book that had many “x” markings all over and waited for us to make the initial contact. I was then informed that the marked items were out of stock. So I asked her for suggestions and it was like I slapped her in the face, she was so annoyed that we asked for help. She went on to go off about how “we waited to shop at the last minute and that’s why we couldn’t find what we wanted”, and telling her coworker how she felt that she had been working for hours and couldn’t wait to leave. Overall, it was a distasteful experience, and I surely won’t be going back. I’m sharing my experience not for the $10 offer, but because Pandora’s customer service is highly lacking. The company is lucky we even decided to spend any money.

I wasn't able to return what was purchased online only exchange. Staff wasn't familiar with merchandise eg opening, closing bracelet and telling me it not really a charm its for a necklace however advertise as charm. Ask to speak with manager and was inform by sales person I AM THE MANAGER she needs customer service training. Also the last chance item purchase did not state small which it was and I not able to put in on the bracelet because its so small. Definitely will not purchase online again and probably will not shop at Pandora in Bay Plz.

Received a Xmas gift card from best friend and was told it had a -0- balance. The first employee did not bother to go further into checking why my gift card had a zero balance and I felt as if it were something I was trying “to get away with”...I had the embarrassing task of requesting the receipt from my friend and then having to go back to store where finally the 2nd associate was able to see that the gift card was not registered appropriately! It was corrected and I was given the credit after an embarrassing and distressing amount of time spent there. There was no compensation or even empathy for the embarrassment I underwent despite having spent thousands of dollars on over 8 bracelets charms,necklaces,earrings and rings ... it was unbelievable and I will spread the word as to how I was treated. Pandora shame on you for not treating loyal customers with dignity and for your lack of compensation when YOU MAKE A MISTAKE!

I had to wait on one line to choose the beads. Then another to purchase. There were only 4 associates helping with merchandise and one person cashing everyone out. I waited on line for 4 hours just to get into the store. Horrible experience overall.
