They gentlemen who was helping us, was very rude and impatient. He didn’t want to show us all the rings . abs only showed us a few charms . we still bought the charm but was to dissatisfied with his attitude and him not wanting to show us more rings . he was rude.

I had the sales associate Kristina , she had a very NASTY attitude and gave me the impression that she didn't want to help me and wanted to me to hurry up make my selection and be done. She wasn't welcoming AT ALL. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I couldn't see the goods because they wouldn't let me see them, according to them I couldn't move from where I was. my question is: how are they going to sell more if they don't let one move in the store?

The sales associate that was helping me out had a nasty attitude. She kept sucking her teeth every time I asked her something. I did not appreciate this due to the fact I was actually very nice to her despite her behavior.

I went to purchase item's that were on sale via e-mail and was informed that they would not honor the prices that was online i DON'T THINK THAT WAS FAIR Viola Davis

My sales associate Chelsea was extremely rude and sarcastic. When we entered the store it was me and two other people, we began to look around and figured out what we wanted. We then were skipped them put back online. Eventually when we were seen we were telling Chelsea what we wanted exactly and she decided to then kick my mom out the store, saying only two at a time. (There was other people there with more.) we then proceeded to pick a bangle or bracelet and she preferred a cheaper bracelet because she said it would “fit in our budget” (I wasn’t on a budget). Moving forward my sister got irritated and left with my mom again and leaving me to finish the purchase. Then she joked about kicking them both out and called them nosey. The whole experience was horrible and rude.

The wait to get in the store was extremely long. Some sales associates kept walking around with not helping anyone. You had other associates kept coming in and out the back and still wouldn’t be of any assistance. The wait was ridiculous I waited over an hour and was in the store about 5 minutes.

Manager on duty was disrespectful and not willing to provide adequate customer service. The wait was too long and no one was in the store. I didnt get what I came there for at all.
