Went into the store and Kristina greeted us and asked if we needed help. I asked for my 2 Pandora bracelets to be cleaned while I browsed to purchase new charms. My bracelets were perfectly fine, the clamps were even hard to open, which I like because I have a lot of charms on my bracelet. When she brought my bracelets back, she tried to say that I should purchase a safety chain because my clamp opened easy now. I told her that doesn’t make sense because my clamp to close the bracelet was good, actually it was hard to open because she asked if I needed help to take them off when I came in, so she must have did something to the bracelet when she cleaned it. She stayed quite and was bending the clamp to try to fix whatever she messed up, but now my bracelet won’t stay closed and was not replaced from the associates mistake. Very upset about this.

The associate Kimberly help with pandora bracelet and when I go to the store she always is very friendly. Knowledge and nice to me. She make me feel welcome.

I went to the Store in Herald Square because my husband have gifted me two charms one of them was supposed to be my birthstone and he was given the September one instead of December. The sales person Daniela C that helped me on my exchange didn't even know which stone was the December birthstone. We had to look it up online to reassure ourselves that it was the right one and to show her which one was it. We are extremely disappointed that it's been two different stores and sales personnel didn't know the correct item and the first store at Bay Plaza Mall she wasn't very helpful and had a attitude problem towards my husband.

The sales associate was very rude and nasty. It was my daughters 10th birthday and I tried to make it special. She ruined that moment.

I called prior to visit and was able to speak to same sales associate who took care of me prior to visit.

Pick up order cancelled while the person took forever to put it together. Kimberly,sales lead, was rude, told the girl that was helping us twice that we had to wait on line. waited 20 minutes for her to come out. She stood at the front listening to the associate clicking her pen on the podium in the front then came to me and leaned against the store and was rude about the situation and stated wow that is a long line there making it seem like she was doing me a favor. I came all the way from jersey to get these charms, if I were closer to home I would have left. When she was finally ready to check me out she motioned with her hand in a rude way to come. I was not expecting customer service, I was not rude, was very nice and it was completely unnecessary.

The Pandora associate was very friendly and knowledgeable of all Pandora products. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back for more. 😊

employees were racist and rude and absolutely no help. they were disgusting to me and treated me horribly, i even hesrd then talking bad about me to themselves
