Quede muy insatisfecho con el servicio brindado por el personal no se si por mi apariencia en la que vestia, nadie se mostro a atenderme hasta 2 empleadas mostrando una pulsa a 1 clientr llegaron otros clientes despues de mi y los atendieron primero que a mi, y me vieron y me ignoraron, solo vino la persona que me atendio Jennifer muy educada y muy servicial a ella si le puedo dar un 10/10 muy amable,, pero ya tenia 15 minutos viendo las otras personas del personal viendo que queria algo y nadie tuvo la amabilidas... yo iva a pagar mi dinero no a pedir fiao, y si x apariencia es se equivocaron.

The sales lady left me waiting for like 15 minutes and went to take care of someone else. I told two other sales lady who also ignored me.

The robot charm was not stocked and the representative at the store didn’t have any clue on if or when it would be restocked. I also was trying to get the lock fix in a charm be necklace that I received as a gift for Christmas as was told that it can not be done and I would have to purchase an entire new chain because the lock didn’t work

The person who was helping me was very pretentious and seemed in genuine. The person who I was with felt the exact same way so I’m glad I wasn’t alone in the feeling. She rolled her eyes and spoke like I was a child when I’m probably older than her.

There was a long line 45 minutes to get into the store. The sales person Kristina had no patience. I wasn't sure of what I wanted to purchase and I felt rushed. She told me to come back another time however there was a sale that weekend and I wanted to take advantage of it.

The salespeople are not very friendly. They do not even try to engage in small talk. The atmosphere is very cold and unfriendly. I have been in the store twice and purchased and it has been the same way.

The employees are very rude. Do not have one bit of customer service knowledge.. You have to wait in a like and WAIT for them to call you but they do not let you know that in advance and when the sales associate did call me over, he was very rude as if she did not want to be there. Then while showing me the product, I felt as if I was being rushed. Her tone was off and did not smile not even once.

The sales associates all had attitudes. They were not knowledgeable of the merchandise except for 1 which was the manager but she was just ringing up the sales. You wait outside the store on line and get summoned in when they finish conversing and laughing with each other. When you seem to be only buying one charm, they dont want to be bothered. They should be lucky we are patronizing because there are many other avenues to complete a bracelet. I have three bracelets that were gifts, I don't wear them because of all the negative experiences Ive had at the Bay Plaza Store

Usually when spending over 125 expecting somewhat of a deal or a gift with purchase i spent 160 and that no gift and prior to being help got ask to make the line after being in the store for about 5 10 mins which makes no sence so will be going back to return items purchase.
