On 12/11/2020 I visit the store to buy 2 gifts I end up buying 3 charms spending $210 and didn’t get my free Bracelet. I work and don’t know when I would be able to go back to the store. #1 the line is always long but that expected because it’s the holidays.

Supervisor, Sentara, was very unprofessional. Assistant Manager, Kristina, should be looked at carefully to be a Supervisor. And, Sydney, was talked down to by Sentara, in my presence. I was in disbelieve how she spoke to this co-worker. I don't mind a call if, needed 917-736-7412, after, 3p.m. daily...ty,

I was not greeted warmly. The sales associates already seemed like they didn't like me. The attitude the sales associate that "took care of me" was distasteful. She said all the right things in a dismissive nasty attitude. And she was not in proper uniform. Never had this experience from here before, will try my best to avoid this location at all cost!

The sales girl was more interested in checking her self out in a hand mirror and wasn’t to interested in what I wanted. I was very disappointed I had to keep repeating my self and even asked if I could see the stuff I was talking about. She was nice otherwise.

At the height of the "Love" season your staff at Bay Plaza fails to realize that first comes work then "hang out." There were 10 people on line and no once calls anyone to the register to pay because they are busy chatting away.

I went on the website and showed the young lady what I wanted and kept showing the charms that cost more then what I was trying to get. She was To stuck up for me.

My 12 year old purchased a silver crown ring to find out later that it was too tight, returned to the store asked if they could re fit her finger for the right size and if the color was available in yellow tone, was told by Kimberly that there only silver and rose gold were available in store and online, I replied by saying I saw the yellow tone in the pandora site she replied maybe you were on the wrong website I said ok maybe I was, exchanged for the right size and rose gold tone, to find out later that day on the the yellow gold was available on line totally dissatisfied with the services provided!

The reflection charm was loose,kept felling off. Got an exchange only to realize when I got home, that a stone is missing on charm.

The customer service here is terrible the associate have an attitude as if they want you to hurry up and buy something. Pandora is suppose to be a unique experience of creativity where you are allowed to browse to create unique pieces of jewelry in this location sales associate give you attitude and you feel rushed to purchase and go
