There was a terrible wait. The order in which they move customers in and out does not work well. No one should be on a line for more than one hour for jewelry.

Arrived at Pandora at 11am the line had approximately 15 people on line. Inside the store there was only 3 persons working. I was on line till 1pm until I was served. This is unacceptable. In a white neighborhood this would not be done. But because minority shop here this is the service that we get.

As you well know the jewelry tarnishes. Since before the pandemic there was no one available to clean it (Bay Plaza and 42nd st Bryant Park NYC) when I requested a cloth to clean it they said it would cost $5.00. I laughed. They then offered a $15.00 kit. No thank you. Cloths should be FREE. Your jewelry is NOT cheap. A cloth should be given with every purchase. Disappointed again.

I understand trying to keep everyone safe, while the lines were long, the store clerks were either free and not calling in anyone or one specifically with blue hair had 2 clients for over half an hour. The guy at the front moved so fast into getting customers in and out. While others were talking or wasting time in between customers. Too long of a wait and all I needed was an exchange which took 5 minutes.

Sale associates are not that much friendly at all, some stare well others rudely interrupted the associate that’s helping you. You’re not allow to walk around the store to browse and the amount of stock here is VERY LIMITED How you only have 1 charm in stock ? Ugh

I was not satisfied because my bracelet bent and no one could help me in the store with this issue also I bought the bracelet from Pandora and they told me that they couldn’t do anything for me.

The sales rep seem a bit unprofessional. She didn’t want to look for the item. She tried to brush me off by saying there were no small rings available.

The sales rep was very rude, I felt rush and she didn’t even greet us. Whenever she replied to a question she would answer with one word and wouldn’t even look at us. I didn’t feel free to ask questions or to see more bracelets because she seemed annoyed.

I made a purchase and wanted my bracelet cleaned the associate stated due to COVID no cleaning. I told her that cleaning has nothing to do with COVID, she took my old bracelet charms off n put them on new bracelet. She said call corporate to discuss it.
