The sales person actitud was a little rude and she was supposed to give me a cleaner free for my purchase and she did not do it, Her actitud was unfriendly.

The sales associate was pushy, felt like I was rushed, uncomfortable in the sense that it was clearly very transactional and not genuine. I was given the item to my hand no bag no box. Rude tone throughout the interaction.

I placed an order online on 12/21 which it only take up 2hrs for pick up which ingot the notification the next day . Now when I went to get my order since it was a pick up I decided to purchase something else I tell the associated about that I am picking up and that I would like to purchase something else his respond was I need to get on line for the purchase mind you the line is already 1hr long I explained to him the issue I already had the day before but he didn’t care and didn’t manage to help me as a customer I will never go back to the pandora on Bayplaza mall again. Y the way his name is Edwin ; I feel that if you are picking up an item and you see something else that attach your eyes and you want to purchase it why wait on line ? It was so frustrating

There were 3 salespeople helping the customers. I was the only one waiting. I waited 20 minutes, which was not the problem. The problem was there was a young lady who knew Stephanie (sales rep). Everyone saw me waiting and as soon as the young lady came in and said hello to everyone, Stephanie took her right away. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told it was Stephanie. I did tell Stephanie and Kristina that it was very unprofessional what Stephanie did. Kristina saw me standing there and was cleaning jewelry the whole time until I made a complaint then she decided to help me with my purchase. This is the 2nd time going into Bay Plaza Mall store and the sales reps are not attentive. They are either cleaning jewelry or looking like they are busy instead of taking care of the customers as soon as they can. I'm hoping the next time that I go there the customer service is much better.

Yalexus R No. 216123 did not give me excellent service. She gave me a bracelet that was too large. It could have easily fallen off my wrist. Not good.

Mt sakes person was absolutely great. The manager on the other hand was not helpful and rude when I presented my problem. My problem was not solved but I still mase a purchase because a particular charm is ALWAYS out of stock whenever I visit any Pandora and they had it.

My bangle turned black, I took it to Pandora to clean n it’s still black! They dismissed me, I want a new one or my $ back!
