I WENT TO THE PANDORA STORE AND WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE THERE IS NOT TOO MUCH NECKLACE AND EARRINGS SETS :( :( AND I HAD TO BUY THE NECKLACE AND EARRINGS SEPARATE. WHICH IS CRAZY AND I FOUND IT TO BE EXPENSIVE AS WELL TOO :( YOU NEED TO MAKE MORE AFFORDABLE SETS WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO BUY IT SEPARATE :( :( AND EVEN IN MOST OF ALL YOUR JEWELRY THE RINGS EARRINGS NECKLACE AND RINGS I FIND IT TO BE OVER PRICED AS WELL TOO IT'S NOT GOLD WHAT I BUY AT ALL. YOU NEED TO MAKE MORE SETS SELECTIONS BUYING IT SEPARATE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE AN OPTION AT ALL IS HOW I SEE IT :( :(

The line to go into the store is annoying.you have to wait in line for over 30 minutes to enter the store. I was going to walk off the line and said forget about it.. the line is discouraging people to come to the store.. then once you get your product you have to wait in another line to pay. I went to pandora stores all around the world.. and I never had to wait in line to enter the store and to wait again to pay.

I love Pandora products, however, the staff at the Bay Plaza Store is very unfriendly and seem more interested in their gossip rather than helping their clients. The person who helped me did not seem interested in even selling and was not knowledgeable of the products, she was yelling out to other employees my questions. I don't think I will be returning to that Pandora, I may try to do my purchase online or find a different store, hopefully other stores won't be as bad as this one.

the sales associate seemed distracted , and was not very helpful in picking a charm that i needed, also many charms that i was desired were sold out, I have 2 bangle bracelets full of charm and now on my 3rd bracelet, i would like to be able to go this store but it always missing charms that i would like to purchase

The sales representatives knowledge of different items weren’t knowledgeable. She didn’t show me the items i asked to see she showed me what she thought was best which was unprofessional and the checkout process was poor and they didn’t recommend any of the items on promotion

Salesperson was not very friendly. Was not a great shopping experience. Would have liked a better shopping experience since salesperson was not very helpful in assisting me with picking out charms.

The sales associate we had was very pushy as to what charms we were trying to buy. It felt as if she wanted us to buy what she wanted not what we were asking for. She was also very rude on our decisions. She would say no when we would pick a basic charm. Would not recommend this specific location again.
