The wait is too long. It's faster to drive to the Pandora in Yonkers than the wait at Bay Plaza. Always understaffed

The visit was pleasant, nothing spectacular.

It’s just a not a fan of shopping but my daughter wanted to get a charm. It was a lot to pick from so it’s makes it a little harder for me. But overall I was satisfied with with everything.

The Sales Associate was pushy, and did not want to take time to provide prices on the merchandise.

Charms are very expensive.

Everyone was willing to help and all products were available and easy to find

I think the sales associate could have been friendlier and more knowledgable, I had to make suggestions of charms to view evenafter I tokd her it was for a birthday for a close cousin. also I wouldnot retun only because I'm not into pandora merchandise.
