Cleaning your jewelry is not offered at this time supposedly due to Covid but I think that's a service they should keep. Instead I had to buy a cleaning product.

Would have liked to have been given a discount- I shop quite often- and pandora very rarely issue a discount

Waited more than an 1hr for service upon opening and employees couldn't locate the piece for an 1/2.

Attitude

I think when you make a purchase over $200 a free cleaning cloth should come with it. Give better incentives. I’ve always purchased well over $200. And am never given discounts or gifts. Treat long time value customers better.

I bought A ring that a stone dropped out of already. Hasn’t been 24 hours and I didn't shower. I didn't Expect this so I was unhappy! I am Hoping to resolve in store.

Associate told me they didn’t have what I was looking for when they really did have it so I went to someone else

Some customers didn't obey the 6 foot rule. Walking should be in 1 direction.
