Cleaning your jewelry is not offered at this time supposedly due to Covid but I think that's a service they should keep. Instead I had to buy a cleaning product.

I think when you make a purchase over $200 a free cleaning cloth should come with it. Give better incentives. I’ve always purchased well over $200. And am never given discounts or gifts. Treat long time value customers better.
