I would like there to be more availability of items in the original sealed packaging. I prefer to get my items new in packaging as they arrive from online orders and it seems that so much of the product is removed from packaging in-store. I feel that it should only be removed when purchased or for viewing if requested by a potential customer or purchaser.

Too long of a wait. Too few customer service reps for such a long waiting line. No New Year discounts on purchase.

A specific type of bracelet that I came for initially was not available and One of the items out of 2 I bought had to be exchanged because it had a dull look compared to the other one purchased.

First I ordered online and my order was incomplete and not correct. I am still waiting on a safety chain I ordered online and paid for that was not sent. The people in store were great. I am disabled and stood on line for 45 minutes to get into the store. Please I am still waiting for my safety chain to arrive it’s a gift for someone and it’s late
