Long wait

The line was to long

Waiting outside of store a little too long

They were not able to clean my bracelet. Sales person informed me because the store is inside a mall. Only outside stores clean jewelry.

I was not able to walk over to see the merchandise available and see whether I liked something on display. I was constantly reminded to stay still in my designated spot.

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied I’ve been there before and the sales associate was awesome so kind helped me picked out quality items. When I went yesterday it was like she really didn’t care she wanted to get me out wasn’t as friendly it looked like she was having a horrible day and didn’t want to be there.

It’s not enough employees & the wait on the line takes for ever long.

I was not highly satisfied because the young lady who serviced me did not tell me about the clasp opener and my bangle was very hard to open when I get home and tried to put it on. She also failed to tell me about this survey. Someone else informed me at another location where I bought the clasp opener.
