I wish you guys had more of a selection of dangling charms for zodiac signs as well as more charms to choose from overall. I spent over $1,000 and still did not complete my bracelet because I didn’t see anything else I liked.

It was my first visit, I was satisfied however, I would like to see what happens on my next visit. The store was clean, the employee that took care of me was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went inside and could not look over cases to pick which charm I wanted so I had to look though the book.

The reason I never give any service a highly satisfied is because there is always room for improvement no matter how great the service is.

The customer service I received during my visit was exceptional. I was able to find what I wanted and the fitting was perfect.

I love pandora. My husband got me hooked. I have had over 6 bracelets 2 necklace 5 rings and 4 pair of earrings I'm addicted to pandora. (I could have more I'm just counting out my head) Also great gifts for my mom, sister, niece, Goddaughters and best friend.

The Long wait time on lines outside the store. The lack of available sales person's to address valued and ver patient customers
