My only disappointment was that I arrived at the store very early and there was a line. I feel that more associates were needed for a sale day opening. However, my experience with Kristina was superb! She was very helpful and I was sold by her suggestions.

Did not have two of three items looking for.

The lines are always so long. There’s no social distance. It’s only because of the extreme line at these locations all the time.

I'm satisfied with the service I didn't come into any conflict with anytime the line outside the store was a bit slow and pretty long that was just what I gave encountered

The line to get into the store was extremely long with a 40 min wait time. Store didn't have to many options for birthdays.

The item I really wanted was not in stock. The associate also didn’t put paper in the bag for the items I did get. It’s the little things that make a big difference

The sales associate Kristina was very friendly and knowledgeable. Krissy explained and showed me all that was available in what I was interested in. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my purchase and also asked would I be interested in anything else. She also mentioned that I came in at a good time for my purchase because later on my item may be sold out.
