I had no problems. Everything went great she was very helpful. In everything was done in good timing. I didn’t have to wait around to be served. I just don’t put highly satisfied.

I will like to know if I could change one of my purchase

1. Bay Plaza Mall always have stock 2. The sales reps are always friendly 3. It’s not a long wait

When I arrived the store was busy with customers, I was greeted and told someone would assist me as soon as someone became available. Shaday was the next associate available and she was great! She helped me with the engraving for my charm. I would definitely want to work with her again. I actually have never had any trouble when I shop in that store. When I purchased the charm in store the staff was great as well.

Customer service is not great They’re not polite and they need to be more friendly I was there for a while and no one came and asked me if I wanted something

There was a line to pick up an order already placed. The bracelet was too big and when I was trying to exchange it after my pickup I was given a hard time till it was eventually exchanged
