Kimi was amazing, she knew all the information to all the charms. She made me feel so welcomed to th store. I will be coming back to see her , since she made me open up a car.

There was a few items out of stock in store I wanted to purchase

The sales associate Fatima was knowledgeable of the merchandise and very friendly and professional. Even Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable

They should give a little grace period. (1) day pass and I spend $272. 00. And they sales associate couldn’t give the jewelry box.

I feel like it took a bit longer than usual for me to get a sales associate to assist me but the lady who helped me was very nice and welcoming.

I Wasnt greated upon entry. Had to wait for an associate to acknowledge me and the store wasnt full. Not many variety on the sale display area

The store was clean The associate was pleasant. Overall it was a good experience.

The person assisting us was very very helpful. We purchased multiple jewelry and had a great time spending our money. I will be returning to that store!

Charms could have more reasonable prices.
