Highly satisfied because of Cynthia (salesperson) customer service, knowledge of products, and designing bracelets.

I went to the Pandora in Bay Plaza in the Bronx and my family and I were greeted with such respect by a worker by the name of Chelsea, who is from the Bahamas. She was such a sweetheart and had great patience with us. The other associates were also helpful other than one by the name of Jocelyn who was very disrespectful and made us feel very uncomfortable. But overall, we were highly satisfied and Chelsea has great customer service skills and needs to be promoted. Thank you, Chelsea and stay being that way.
